Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., plush toys) may have specific return restrictions.

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit catpusheen.com and log in to your account.
  2. Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  4. Pack the item securely and attach the return label.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order on catpusheen.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through catpusheen.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
